The lead time needed to make your furniture is approximately 15 weeks. If there are more pieces to be done, the production may take longer. We wind our watches from the moment of prepayment (if an order was placed via e-mail) or full payment (if an order was placed in the store on our webpage).
We deliver furniture in one piece, so you don’t have to assemble it. We use services of trustworthy carriers. The delivery time is 2-10 working days. Shipping costs are calculated before placing the order and depend on the destination country. Delivery does not include bringing furniture to the interior. Each piece is carefully packed and it is safely delivered to your door. If a product needs to be assembled, we arrange it with you in advance.
We ship our furniture in one piece. All pieces are made 100% of wood, so they can be quite heavy. The cost of shipment does not cover carrying furniture inside. The carriers are usually eager to help – for details please contact us.
Our products are shipped everywhere, abroad, even outside Europe. In such cases, we calculate the shipment costs individually based on the destination country and the product specifications. Please contact us providing the product you would like to order and a city with its postal code to which you want it to be delivered. We will come back to you as soon as we prepare an offer.
