The IGULL.midi bowl features a distinctive, spike-covered form. While its shape is unique and one-of-a-kind, its consistent black finish and spiky texture lend it a minimalist aesthetic, allowing it to blend seamlessly into any interior.
The IGULL collection draws inspiration from the vastness of the sea and the spiky forms of marine life. IGULL embodies design without limits, characterized by organic shapes and proportions. The body of the IGULL.midi bowl is typically semi-circular. It is equipped with an opening at the top, giving it an edible interior – provided you fill it with fruit or other delicacies.
Natural glazing and hand-sculpted spikes define the conscious craftsmanship of the IGULL series. The IGULL.mini bowl makes a perfect addition to your dining room or kitchen tableware. Thanks to its glazed interior, it is ideal for serving food or displaying fruit. Please keep in mind that the spikes are hand-sculpted; handle the IGULL bowl with care during daily use.
Wood Republic operates globally, yet we remain a workshop deeply rooted in the local community. We value the artistry and manual skill of craftspeople, which is why the entire IGULL series is handmade at the Beasol pottery studio. It is there that the vessels take shape, evolving from initial sketches into finished objects.

All furniture is made in our carpentry shop from certified raw materials, and the wood surface is impregnated with natural oilwaxes.

Dimension
Check whether the piece’s overall dimensions (height, width, depth) suit your needs. If not, we can easily scale the entire unit up or down proportionally while preserving its form.
Functionality
Consider whether there is anything specific you would like to fit into the furniture’s original modules (open shelves, cabinets or drawers). If so, and the chosen module turns out to be the wrong size, we will redesign the piece to accommodate everything you need. We always strive—whenever possible—to preserve the furniture’s original form.
Color
Choose from our range of oil-wax finishes for the wood. We use a clear wax to preserve the birch plywood’s natural color, though a variety of darker shades are also available. You can select the color for the metal frames or cube elements in our wood-and-steel furniture designs. If you like the colors we have already used, simply let us know which piece of furniture you prefer. Alternatively, if the furniture needs to match other interior elements—such as the walls—just provide us with the specific RAL or NCS color code.
